Shipping policy

All orders should be processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.

For Pre-Orders, the production should take around 2 weeks, and then we will be able to process your order.

The costs are applied by the company DPD, which includes insurance and traceability. Unfortunately, we do not offer express deliveries yet.

HOW DO I FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you should receive an email notification from us which should include a tracking number that you can use to check the status and whereabouts of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks of having received your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@truevay.shop with your name and order number, so that we can look into it and solve this issue for you as soon as possible.
